Owners list spots. Drivers book and pay in the app. The booking locks the slot, and four layers of checking make sure it's really free when you arrive.
Driver journey
Log in with OTP
Enter your mobile number and the 6-digit OTP. Add your vehicle number once. No passwords.
Search your area
Pick an area or use your location. Spots within 2 km show on the map with price, photos and rating.
Choose your plan
Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Pick a start time and see the full price with no hidden extras.
Pay and get your pass
Pay by UPI or card. You get a digital pass with a QR code and a pass number like PN-7K2QXA.
Check in with a photo
At the spot, show your pass to the guard and tap check-in. Take one photo of your parked car.
Check out and rate
Leaving? Tap check-out and rate the spot. Monthly passes keep working until the end date.
Owner journey
Add your spot
Drop a pin, add 3–4 photos, the slot number, size (bike, car or SUV), covered or open, and your rules.
Set hours and price
Always, weekdays 9–7, or nights only. The app suggests a fair price for your area. You can change it any time.
We check, you earn
Our team approves the listing in 24 hours. Bookings come in, and your money reaches your bank every week.
We check in four ways
We start with free checks and add sensors and cameras only where spots are busy. No need for a person standing at every slot.
Booking lock + photo check-in
Once a slot is booked for a time, nobody else can book it. Drivers check in with GPS and a photo, so there's proof of who parked when.
Guard app at the gate
The society guard sees which cars are expected today and scans each pass. Guards get a small monthly reward.
Sensor on the slot
A small Wi-Fi sensor measures if a car is above it and reports "empty" or "occupied" to the app every minute.
One camera for the lot
A single camera with simple vehicle detection watches 6–15 bays. Best for large society basements.

Someone in your slot?
Tap "Report a problem" and add a photo. Hourly, daily and weekly bookings are refunded straight away. Monthly passes get a free nearby spot while we fix it.
One person, 30–50 spots
A marshal on a bike covers a cluster of spots, handles complaints and helps first-time drivers find the slot.
Both sides rate
Drivers rate spots and owners rate drivers. Repeated bad ratings mean removal from the platform.
